SUPER LIQUID ABSORBENT FLOOR CLEANING TWIST AND MOP SELF WRING MICROFIBRE 360 SPIN CASEMERE PACKAGED

Terribly disappointing. This arrived very tightly wrapped, however, it was sent to me irreparably broken (there's a piece missing that should connect the bottom of the mop head to the pole - clearly broken off, but not included in the packaging), whoever packaged this item must have known this was broken, but sent it anyway. Impossible for the mop to actually function as sold with this piece broken off. The rest of the mop is cheap and flimsy - very poor product. Given the price I shall not be returning, I have neither the time nor the inclination to engage with this company, given they didn't care one bit whether they were sending a faulty item, have no faith they'd be bothered about replacing the item with another that is intact. One other complaint is that the instructions for using the mop and for removing the mop head are probably the worst translation into English I've ever read! I appreciate it can't be easy to translate from Chinese? to English, but really, it is atrocious! Save your money, even if this had arrived intact, the poor plastic quality on the working parts make me believe this would not last long at all - you'd just end up with a metal pole and a mop head that keeps falling off!

Since we installed our disabled-adapted wet room some years ago, which also shares floor space with a toilet and wash hand basin , we have struggled to find a suitable mop to dry off the floor. Wet rooms for disabled people have a non slip surface on the floor which is quite rough, and it tears normal mops to shreds. We've used hundreds of the cheap mops you get from places like Wilko and we've also laid out a lot of money for better mops from firms like Kleeneze but they have also disintegrated.So the Super Liquid Absorbent Floor Cleaning Twist and Mop Self Wring does what it says on the Amazon website and is the best investment we have made in mops. Our mop is six months old and still going strong, however owing to the rough surface in our wet room the mop head is beginning to wear out, but we bought two heads and we will stick with this mop because it does a good job and getting six months use out of a mop for a wet room is good value for money at the product price.

Slightly flimsy but as long as you don't put to much pressure while mopping you should be ok.

Item arrived and didnt match colour on picture and description - disappointing. The material of the mop head wasnt the same as described either - not microfibre. I also had an issue with the packaging - it was so tight I had to use scissors to open and of course ended up damaging the mop head. I wrote and told the seller who kindly offered that I return the item for a refund. I decided not to bother returning as its more hassle for me to re pack and get to a post office to return than just to keep it especially because I had to cut the packaging off an there was no way I could reuse it.

This is a good mop and does mop your floor well and keep it reasonably dry but is made cheap and nasty and probably worth no more than £1.99. We have the same mop at work which was far better quality and cost £3.99.

This mop is very poor quality,this thing couldn't absorb a tiny spill never mind mop the floor leaving it dry that part of the mop has hardley anything to it,nothing like the picture or description,not a chance in hell,my mop arrived bent which left it sharp,i could of cut myself while trying to open and that was due to the quality of the metal pole,my 3 yr old could of bent that,it is that weak,this is something you would expect to buy at a pound shop,if you expect it to be like the picture you will be disappointed ,if you purchase this you will be ripped off, AVOID AVOID AVOID

Arrived on time so no complaints there. The wife was a bit dubious at first but with a small amount of practice soon got used to twist system and now loves using it (trust me she is fussy about mops we have had a few). The only drawback she has is she is always worried she will over-twist the head and pull it in half but 2 months of use and so far its still working perfectly.Update one month on and wife still loves this infact its so easy to use floors get cleaned twice as much as previously lol

Good and clever little mop, works well but looks and feels abit cheap but does what it says on the tin
