This probiotic has immensely helped both me and my son. When taken right before bedtime, it helps me sleep. I just take it straight up, 1 Tbs at a time. I love the results but I hate the flavor. It's not actually the worst-tasting thing ever, but it makes me cringe every time I put it in my mouth. It definitely tastes like fermented molasses, with a strong vinegar-type of hit. In a way, it reminds me of chewing on gum foil wrappers - something tried as a kid. If it didn't work so well, I wouldn't continue taking it, but it does work. Yes, some bottles can be a pain to get the lid on. While it doesn't need refrigeration, it would be nice if they offered info for putting it into a smaller container for traveling. Like does a travel bottle need to be opaque? Any other considerations for traveling? Biggest takeaway - it works. Did I say "it works" already? Yep, it does.

But then, it works so well, I just started mixing a teaspoon every day with yogurt and when I notice a problem, poor a few drops in my palms and massage it over the problem areas.I'll be keeping this on hand.

It tastes a little vinegary. I put a little bit of the liquid drink enhancer like crystal light in it to mask the taste at first but got used to it plain.After a few months of use, the main result has been smoother digestion and more regular bowel function. I definitely notice if I don’t remember to take it for a couple days. I like this product. It is a consistent quality and reasonably priced.
