Following the method developed by Andre Ponthier over thirty years ago, these chestnuts are prepared using a traditional and entirely natural process, without addition of any chemicals, additives or preservatives. Hulled by flame, sorted first by an optical sensor and then manually and vacuum cooked by steaming, they retain their full flavour and perfect appearance.
