Good bang for your buck
I ordered this because I wanted to take a chance and not splash out £60+ on something that I only needed to connect a Panasonic HD camcorder to my PC to capture the live feed and I must say, the chance was worth it. It works like an absolute charm. Props for the packaging too. The seller really went all out providing drivers on a CD and a "tutorial" of help for those that need it. This works flawlessly with OBS (so you could link up any source including Xbox One or PS4 too).

Use OBS if you need low delay
Beware, noticeable delay in VLC, but OBS is much faster if this is an issue, actually playable on computer screen using OBS, even wipeout which is fast paced was fine!
