Q: So what actually comes with this order? I got a few similar products as free handouts at a trade show years ago and they still work fine.

As indicated in the product description, the 10 Below Classic comes with one insulator and one phase change ThermalPak. The image is intended to show both pieces and show that it can be used for bottles and cans (and skinny cans, water bottles and more!) since the ThermalPak stays flexible when frozen it can conform to different can and bottle shapes. Remember to freeze the ThermalPack for at least 2 hours before use. Then get that bottom of the ice chest refreshment every time!

Q: How many coolers are included in one order? The pic looks like 2 but the description suggests 1.

One can cooler and one phase change freeze pack are included in one order. The picture shows that it can be used with cans and bottles. Most other products are only for cans or only for bottles. The phase change freeze pack typically lasts long enough for at least 2 drinks depending on how quickly they are consumed.
