Great light..... 12-volt adaptor, not so much.....
This has been a great light for my extremely dark driveway here on the Oregon coast. It’s built very well and has stood up the 30 to 70 MPH winds, salt spray and 80 to 100 inches of rain we get here. After two years of use, I noticed it dimming. A few weeks later, it started flashing (as seen on the security system monitor). Being the electronics guy I am, and the way it failed, I automatically assumed that it was the 1 amp, 12-volt wall wart power adaptor at fault. So I left the light mounted and pulled the adaptor. Bench tested it an found 7 volts DC unloaded. Under any load….. ZERO volts! So, it was failing under load! Dug around in the spare parts box and came up with a better 2 amp, 12-volt corded adapter and installed it. Waited for dark. The light is now as bright, or even brighter than it was. Lights up the driveway very nicely! Hoping to get a few more years service from it. Moral of the story is……. Test, test, and test again before you consign something to the junk pile…… If you are having trouble with your light, it just may be the power adaptor bundled with the light! NOT the light itself…… Oh, yes, I did failure analysis for a living a couple decades ago………I would buy this item again without hesitation.

4 out of 4 dead after 18 months
I installed four of these 18 months ago. They have all died as of today (12-31-19). They're controlled by an infrared sensor that only turns them on when motion is sensed, for five minutes at a time. They did not have a lot of run time on them, before they died.Update on 07-01-2021 I had three more of these in stock, which I used to replace the four that had died. One of those is now dead. So of the seven I purchased, five have died. I’ve since bought 100W outdoor LED lights by Olafus, that have been up at least 18 months, which are all still working great. They are also brighter, than this ASIGN model. You can find them on Amazon.

ASIGN does not honor warranty terms.
Light did not last a year. Contacted manufacturer ASIGN through Amazon hoping they would honor their stated 12 month "Replacement or Full Refund" policy, which they have thus far been unwilling to do. The person I spoke with was both rude and dismissive.I would strongly urge caution when dealing with ASIGN, as Amazon seems entirely unwilling to hold these China-based companies accountable for their deceptive practices.

Cost effective Bright light
I never thought someone was listening to my thoughts and finally made it, a light you can say is Bright. Light and easy to install. I install for a church and look at the difference it makes even at 75++ feet high, this thing was projecting more light than the other 4 x 100watt LED. Very happy my clients were very happy. I do hope they last longer than expected.I don't write reviews for anything from sellers, I buy, test then I write. So that other person's can make sound choices. Oh one more thing, you may want to change the 12" cord that it comes with, as it's too short ( Not a fault, only a suggestion.)

Excellent security light. Not so good with the second one and returned it.
Using this light to provide security for my docked boats. Extremely bright and very wide range of illumination.Purchased a second one 2 years later because 1/2 of the LED light bar was burned out. No wiring instructions were included and the three wires in the electrical cable were colored completely different than the three colored wires in the first one. Returned it even though it was a good light because I did not want to damage it installing with out instructions.

Excellent customer service!
The lights arrived very quickly and were simple to install. Would be better if they had a plug on the end of the wire but not a big issue. They light up the area I need them to illuminate very well, very happy with them. One of the units stopped working not long after installing it so I contacted the seller and they were very apologetic and sent a replacement almost immediately. Their customer service is second to none and I would absolutely purchase from this seller again! Thanks ASIGN Lighting!!

Bright, but not as bright as claimed.
I bought this a month ago to replace a 500W Halogen work light that gets so hot it has melted nearby items. When I got it, I tested it side-by-side in a dark room with the 500W halogen. It's not as bright as the 500W halogen, so it's certainly not as bright as a 600W Halogen as claimed. However, it is relatively bright and the color of the light is better. It takes about a 1/2 second to light up when you turn it on. I plugged it in to a Kill-A-Watt meter and it started out at 91.9W but it was slowly decreasing. After 20 minutes, it read only 87.1W. That's well short of the 100W claim from the manufacturer, and possibly one of the reasons it isn't as bright as claimed. Still, it works well so far. I had a chance to use it as an outdoor work light for a couple hours at night and it worked quite well. It gets too hot to touch at the back near the center, but it's nothing like the heat emitted from the 500W Halogen. For what it's worth, I first bought a competing unit from LEPower on Amazon that was rated as a 500W equivalent/100W actual. It turned out to be DOA so I can't compare the light output. However, the LEPower unit was much bigger and heavier than this Asign unit.My main concern with this unit are the longevity of the electronics, especially given the power consumption is not as claimed, but I probably won't use this more than a few hours a month, so it may last a long time for my intended use.If I was hanging this outside and/or using it frequently, I would be very concerned with the longevity of the clear acrylic lens. I am certain it will develop micro cracks from the heat it generates and if it gets daytime sun exposure it will become noticeably cloudy from UV within a couple years.
