giant sour suckers, 816g

I bought these for a friend who loves sour sweets. I bought these as they were mixed flavours and many sour sweets are just one. I had them delivered as part of a birthday gift as a fun present from me. They were her ‘craving’ when she was pregnant !

Pineapple, Citrus and berry flavoured fizzy dummies. Haribo wimped out sometime in the Noughties and stopped making proper sour tangfastics. Now, they are just fizzy with slight tang. Same with these dummies. Nice enough sweets but if you want sour, go elsewhere...good vale tub as they last a long time.

The hubby loves them he said they are best sour sweets he has had an good value for money will be buying them again

I occasionally pick up a box of these sour dummies as a treat for the members of my household who eat these kinds of sweets, but when the most recent purchase arrived it came with an unwelcome surprise: Haribo have changed them (and the product images hadn't been updated to show this).Instead of the established combination of green/white, orange/red, and black/yellow dummies two of the three kinds have been changed. The green and white ones are still the same - there was big relief on this front, as these are the favourite flavour - but the other two have been changed.There are now orange and yellow dummies and red and black ones. The red and black ones apparently have a much stronger berries flavour and the orange and yellow ones are reportedly far blander than the orange and red ones used to be.

They are not sour suckers, they are more tangy, which to me is better. I have enjoyed eating them and I will be buying these again.

The ones I was hoping for. They are good sized and well worth the money. Tastes exactly like we wanted.

My son huge fan of these sweets so massive box...could only be a winnerHave to ration as would be gone I one go so guess that sums up the flavourI put average for price as nothing to benchmark against so assumed fair

Does not live up to its name and different from the recipe I remember.. Shame and again more disappointed that the box is only 1 size.. Big. Would have paid postage for smaller box as a try before you buy.
