I liked the wide range of brightness settings, the portability (magnet or command strip-type adhesive can be used), the motion detection range, the 30 second illumination time (I don't need to modify that) and that it doesn't have to be plugged in. Also, I like that when it's charged, the internal LED glows green.I didn't give it 5 stars because I can't attest to the longevity of a charge vs. number of times it goes off and the brightness setting, but so far it's holding up on a single charge after over 5 nights of use.

Small, compact with good magnet to hold . The auto feature doesn’t work very often, but I don’t need that. On each night for six hours and holds the charge well. Variable brightness works good. Perfect for cruise ship cabin. Nice there is two in the box.

I use two of these on the steps inside. They put off enough light to make me feel safer going up the stairs at night but they do not wake us up when my cat sets them off. They turn off pretty quickly. I have only charged them once in several weeks. Very easy to charge...just them pull of the magnet, charge and put them right back. I taped the magnet to the wall with painters tape. Makes it easy to change to different location if needed with no wall/paint damage.

Good bathroom night light. At medium brightness, it's still shining after 7mo of daily use from initial charge. Could be a bit brighter for under cabinet mount. But the motion sensor angle is too wide for heavy traffic location like the kitchen, as it turns on when ever someone walks by. Even there, the battery lasted 6 months before it need a charge.

LOVE the size, the light weight, they adjust from very dim to plenty of light. BUT if you are walking (even straight at them) you can be almost on top of them before they turn on. I first had it in my bathroom, I had to stop at the door and move for a bit before it turned on. Otherwise, if I walked the hall, straight toward the light it doesn't tur non until I'm 2-3 ft from the light. If it is on and you turn the light on, it remains lit as long as it senses motion. I have one at the bottom of my stairs, since I have to walk across a landing to the stairs, it is on by the time I reach the top of the stairs and works fine there. When I put it at the bottom of other stairs w/o the landing I'm down 3 stairs before it lights. Since these are SO lightweight you do have a ton of mounting options. I have one resting on the top of a picture frame. I had one hanging from a sheer curtain by placing the metal on the other side. I'd bet you could easily mount them on a wall using painters tape with less risk of damage to your pain. These are the lightest of 4 different ones I've tried.

These lights are great while traveling, providing light at night in a strange place. You can adjust how much light you want. Motion sensing works great. They lasted for five weeks without having to recharge. Highly recommend.

I really like these but I got two pacs and one of the lights didn't work. Wasn't going to return for all the hassle. Smaller than I thought.Though all in all they do the trick.

Have tried this out at home and so far so good. We are doing an international trip so I wanted something that you didn't have to plug in. It can stand upright on the counter without having to attach it to a wall. I like the different brightness options.

Used for kitty litter area for my 2 senior cats. Works well, light is not too bright, and that's a good thing.
