Great little amp i bought for.my daughter. Much louder than expected for size (it's tiny) and little background noise

I really love this little thing. Yes, the sound quality isn't that great. Yes, they're very cheaply made. But at just over £20 each, I don't get the negative reviews. What do people expect? These are louder than you might think too. I went into this just wanting something to test guitars with and make a basic amplified tone when I want to practice quietly at night. It does all this perfectly. If you put a pedal or two in front of it you can get some very useable sounds! Mine sounds fine with an OD pedal in front or a reverb and delay. For £20 I wouldn't hesitate to get another. Will it replace your Boogie or Bogner? No. But then that's not what it's meant to do.

I bought this product because I'd tried it out before and liked it. It has a nice tone, the overdrive is not too muddy and it fits easily in my bag. Works great but it goes through batteries rapidly (I've had to buy a rechargeable 9v for it) and after about two hours use the overdrive does go horribly muddy and the clean setting sounds like overdrive! So overall, a nice little amp for those who don't want to lug around a proper one, but be aware that its small size means small practice sessions and a large amount of battery power.

Fabulous little battery amp, perfect for me to practise. Lovely sound for my little cigar box guitar. Why 3 stars? Because as soon as I plugged in a mains adaptor, smoke came out of it! I really only need the battery unit so I'm keeping it, but the mains wiring is downright dangerous!

Don’t buy this because you need perfect studio-quality sound, buy it because it’s a lot less hassle than lugging your big amp from room to room or further. Having said that, I am happy with the sound. It makes me more inclined to pick up my guitar because it’s not an ordeal.

Looks like a cute little robot with 3 eyes. Stick a jack in it and hear it scream when you plug an epiphone les Paul 90s limited edition green sunburst into the other end and strum some pixies power chords. Does the job well. Make sure your cable is long enough otherwise you’ll launch it into the air if you get a bit too rock n roll with your axe.

you can take this anywhere with you walk around the house and play i love it 1W of pure power looks great you can just attach it to your belt or pocket Overdrive is pretty good probably better than the clean mode it can get pretty loud great for my room worth the £40

Light weight. Easy to use. Great value for what it is. My young rocker is very happy with his mobile AMP!

Reading the reviews here I was expecting some device making very feeble sound. This was better than I had expected. Amazing for practicing in my hostel room. Not loud enough to perform in front of a crowd but looking at the size it's a beast. Overdrive is great, clean channel is not very clean but okayish. You can go for this without any doubt if you're a beginner.
