Assembly parts are damaged
The product is not good..nut and bolt is damaged when received. Replacement given product also same issue

Good Quality but Installation by self
I am writing this review after 2 months of usage, Installation of this product, you will have to do by yourself, No engineer will visit and that will take 4-5 hours as whole machine comes disassembled inside the box, the machine works fine after 2 months of daily usage but it would require oiling after 2 months, But I have to say that this is the best Cross trainer below 20k, you should definitely go for it as it has the best build quality
