Not for polished surfaces
The product was very good value for money, but unfortunately we bought it to use on a wooden floor and it did not have any "grip", thus being somewhat hazardous, and we had to return it. The lesson is that whilst it is a very good buy it should not be used on slippery surfaces.

Need grips to stop it riding
It rides badly and will not stay still when you walk on it. Need grips or just dont buy.

Exactly as I expected. Looks just as it does in the picture so I'm happy. Used strong carpet tape to stop it moving on my laminate wood flooring. Yet to see how it stands up to heavy hallway wear, vacuuming and carpet cleaning, but given the price, I would be happy with 6-8 months use.
