i have tried in my past lots of hair products but must say this clay is the best by far. So if you looking for good clay, don't look any father. Is strong enough to hold my hair during my workout and texture is nice making my hair thicker. Smell is gentle, not overpowering but lovely

It's good stuff, not bad at all.I have to admit, for the price i was expecting the pot to be a little bigger and the product to be a little more special than the average, but its just a typical clay.The hold isn't amazing, but thats to be expected with clays and things like this. To get the best results, i finish with a bit of spray to keep everything in shape for the day.Great for achieving a messy look.

Great matte finish when it dries, but the hold disappears after an hour or so to a more subtle one.You have to use a lot too, enough to cover your entire index finger pad, and it looks a bit greasy as a result when applied, but goes matte very quickly.Shame the hold is so limp and re-styling isn't an option during the day as it removes so easily.If you have fine hair, stay away.Also, for what you get, this stuff is far too expensive.

I had a reaction to the product, it has a very strong chemical smell, the fumes stung my eyes and my head felt like I had sunburn thankfully it wore off in a few hours after I had washed it out, if I hadn't had a reaction to it it does hold well for short hair but the smell is a bit like dry cleaning fluid.

Made sure to work through the whole pot before reviewing.It smells great, good consistency but the hold is its sticking point (or not as in this case). I have medium length thick hair and found this would need topping-up up to even 3 times a day if I needed it to look good. Certainly one application wasn't enough at the start of the day. Perhaps I am using the wrong product from Smooth Viking, but I wont be buying this one again. Its a shame as the branding, smell and feel when it first goes on is great, I was ready to love this product but was left disappointed.

After years of using pharmacy hair gels, I finally caved and bought this product. A little pricey compared to what I was used to but MAN the difference is incredible! Using 1 or 2 pea sized amounts will keep thin slick hair matted and up for the day! No oily build up or nasty clumps. Feels great while its in there- no itchyness or anything. It's a little bit hard to get out once it's in, but I'd say that's more of a plus because you don't need to reapply it at any point. Will definitely be sticking with this from now on.

Special product for me as I wear it on my first date..But it is for short hairs..Not recommend for medium length or long length hair..Wavy or curly hair people should not use it...It's hold is very low...U cant restyle it during day..

Buen producto de peinado, no es tan firme como promete, pero sí es más fácil de aplicar que la fiber de American Crew y tiene menos olor. Buen aspecto de no llevar nada en el pelo.

Don't think this is organic as stated - my skin touching the clay for past few days peeled off. That will happened to my hair as well. Similar to other clay, I am buying.
