Fantastic resouce for the beginner
This book is great to get you started in Arabic. It begins with learning the letter shapes and then the different letter forms before translating words and phrases. What I particularly liked is that it has examples to help you read both printed and handwritten Arabic. This is important as the handwritten form can have a very different appearance.

Very good for the beginners, highly recommended!!!
The book is very good for the beginners, easy steps to follow and the Audio CD is very well recorded yet you have to listen while studying.I wanted to listen while driving but it would not make any sense if you don't have the book with you. Anyway, the book is good and I would recommend it to anyone who wants to learn Arabic.

Perfect addition / companion to the textbook
I love this book and the course it is part of. The activity book works alongside the course / text book and includes lots of additional practice. The answers are included at the back so you can self-mark your work.

Useful
It is really helpful and easy for self-study to revise the language items from Mastering Arabic 1 coursebook though it is quite thin.

good to start with but has some mistakes , the audio is made with an Egyptian accent but over all I recommend it .
