Worked for me, extending a bathroom fan outlet.
I fitted white plastic cladding to a scruffy wall, and had to extend the bathroom fan ducting.This allowed me to simply extend the existing pipe by the required amount (about 6 inches in total).It’s a tight fit, but that’s what you need I guess.

It is wrongly described in it's sales description.
This is described as a pipe connector for 100mm or 4" IT IS NOT A PIPE CONNECTOR as it is too small on its bore it should be referred to as a FLEXIBLE HOSE CONNECTOR to fit inside the 4" hose.

Bad sizing
This was too big to connect the hoses. Therefore almost £5 wasted as it is not worth returning for that sum.
