Physical Therapy (PT) Flat Resistance Exercise Bands Set 3 Stretching Levels per Pack 5 ft Long

I ordered these bands after I graduated out of PT for my neck so I could continue the exercises. I’ve only had the bands a few days, but they seem great. They are super long, so I can even use them for other exercises like yoga, and I can attach them to a wall for things like rows and the tricep pulldown things. The resistances are just what I need, as some exercises are much easier than others, so I can change it up and keep getting stronger. The good price and prime availability made this a great purchase! Five Stars!Love these bands! Exactly what I needed for my fitness routine! I love the color, too - very nice shades of green, makes them look much more expensive. The bag is a nice touch, and they do seem very durable, so hopefully will last for a long time.

Have not had them long enough to give a review of any depth. But I definitely like them.

I've only been using the light resistance band so far in my PT, but it's been easy to work with. The price is great for 3 bands, travel pouch, and door hook. Only negative is the smell that's left on my hands after using holding the band. No matter how many times I wash my hands they still have that faint smell of rubber for a few hours.
