Product seems to work, my nails and hair grow faster when I’m using it

This product is great with strengthening your hair. I can say that it does actually work.

I have been using this I guess about a month now. I have missed days here in there but can say I have noticed a realistic improvement in the short time I’ve been taking it. Not funky tasting at all. I definitely recommend my nails are already stronger, my hair seems as if it is growing faster ( I’ve had people telling me it looks so long ) as for my skin it’s honestly not fair for me too say one way or the other because I have been using a few new skin products and staying much more consistent than normal. I would venture to say it has helped since it has helped with my hair and nails event my eyebrows n lashes seem thicker.

both my girlfriend and I actually noticed our hair and nail strength improvement after using this for a while. they changed the recipe or formula or whatever a little while back, but I didn't notice any changes outside of that. It's still a great product and I use it regularly

I usually use another brand that I have reviewed and thought this was the same one. Definitely wasn’t , it needs to be refrigerated and shaken well. It looks very separated when taking it out. Taste is ok. Probably not something I would get again.
