Fantastic for the $$
This is a first day review so I’ll update later if any issues. I paid the $20 fee for room of choice delivery which I’d highly recommend as the box is ~240 lbs. Delivery to my basement was great. I was surprised by how easy it was to unbox and assemble (6 steps). It took me 20 minutes until I was plugging it in. I haven’t bought a treadmill in 12 years and didn’t know what to expect. Exceeded my expectations dramatically. The 20/60” deck is huge. I’m 6’1” and 225lbs and I have ample space to walk/jog/run. Did around 4 miles in 50 minutes after firing it up. To me this treadmill matches commercial quality I’ve seen in gyms. Super stable, great controls, and no fluff, meaning no screens or subscriptions needed. I’m stunned to get something this nice at this price point. The controls are phenomenal and easy to adjust speed and incline. I’d highly recommend this treadmill to anyone in the market. Let’s see how it holds up over time.

Good machine
Great deal great price. Easy to assemble. It takes a little time to acclimate to a different machine( I guess). My horizon machine had died so I bought this, it takes time.

Component Failure After A Month
Treadmill was great but only lasted a month before the motor control board went bad. Working with support now to get replacement parts. Not a fun part of a new fitness journey when the equipment fails so quickly

The Underdog Has a Strong Uppercut
Look, when you leave stars for a product, it's not about what it can do, it's about the value you expected, vs the value you got. You're here because you want a treadmill that's above the $100-$600 part range because you know those break, or will not be able to pull the mat, or some other poor quality get what you pay for problem. This treadmill is sturdy, first and foremost. It pulls the mat from under us just fine, the speed is surprisingly faster than we ever expected, anyone who isn't training for the Olympics should be able to find a speed they're more than satisfied with. There are some odd software quirks, It's odd to not include a longer data cable, the current length risks being cut by the metal when setting it up so you must use extra caution at that point. A second person helping would pretty much mitigate this risk entirely. The LCD screen is nice, and has some fun watchability features (no TV, but it's got a virtual track). The heart rate monitor works really well, it takes a few seconds to get it where you're at though. The ride is nice, if you have a good pair of shock absorbing sneakers you can go for hours on it. The controls are a little unintuitive and difficult to figure out, but it's nothing a quick read won't fix. My only real complaint is that the machine doesn't seem to have an "off" button, so it's either always in the on and ready state with the LCD menu burning out faster (no problems so far), or you have to flip a switch on the base of it. Really not a big deal, and it's definitely not enough to take away from the value I believe I received with this treadmill. I very rarely write positive reviews but I want to make the choice easier for someone than it was for me. If the price is what you were looking for, I don't think you'll be disappointed with the raw functionality this has. Due to negative reviews surrounding the incline feature, we only change the incline when we're off the machine to help it last longer, though it's not necessary. Below $1,000 at 01/2026 prices is a great value for the health you'll get back. Sincerely, thank you Horizon Fitness for creating this and giving us the opportunity to purchase it and live healthier lives at better value.

Great Purchase
Bought this to replace an older treadmill that stopped working. I walk/jog less than 10 miles a week and so far this has worked really well. I like the controls and love the display. I don't use any of the programs, only manually as a guest and have no complaints. It does have nice features for those if you like them. I also like the Bluetooth function and find it very stable while using incline/speed changes. It's a great value for the casual walker just trying to get their steps in.

So Glad I got it!
I'm glad that I bought this. This is not the best treadmill on the market, but it's a good machine for a good price. I did not want to overpay for a treadmill that required a subscription. Incline and speed are more than satisfactory for me. My feet pound like an elephant and I'm pleased that the machine or floor aren't vibrating with each step, even when I increase the incline. This machine is over 200 lbs. It will come via a freight carrier, at least it did for me. I didn't have a problem assembling this myself, but it's heavy to maneuver the shipping box/crate. That shipping crate is very well thought out! Padding in all the right places. I'm on this several times a day so I don't bother folding it up, but I folded initially to help maneuver it where I wanted it. Very easy to fold and easier to maneuver in the folded position. Pet peeves: Power button location is not on the main display. Get off the machine and bend down. But it goes to "sleep" if you walk away so theoretically you can just leave it on. I haven't figured out how to "cancel" or restart a workout other than getting off the machine and turning it off. Then turning it back on and starting over. "Stop" will "pause" a workout, but not let you change the workout. The heart rate sensors are not accurate. The error rate is exponential so I don't bother trying to get anything accurate. The preset programs are a joke. I tried a couple and gave up. A level 1 of anything shouldn't start at 1 MPH and then jump to 4.3 MPH. That is too much of a jump. If I'm going to have to be adjusting the preset, then there's no point in using them at all. Copilot created several plans for me and I'm fine with that. I had a really hard time aligning the belt for my initial use, after I lubricated the belt. I didn't keep track of how many turns I did to loosen it, so getting it usable was hard, but not impossible. I cursed some, but I got it. Love the wrench that's included. (I saw the note suggesting a number of turns, but it was too late. I had already starting turning.) =>All this said, I would absolutely order this again. I don't know how many miles I've put on it, but I've lost over 5 lbs. when the weather was below freezing in February. I'm so glad I got this.

Seemingly unbeatable value!
- REGISTER WHEN YOU BUY TO EXTEND THE WARRANTY - The web form errors if you attach a receipt so skip that I guess. Other reviewers say you have TEN DAYS after purchase. T202: Admittedly this is my first treadmill purchase. However, I spent several hours researching and reading before deciding on this one. Especially with prime shipping and an extended warranty, to be less than $1k with tax is bonkers. We've only put about 20 "miles" on it so far but could not be happier --again, for the price. Some random thoughts: - Disassembled, the base is a bit too heavy to move with 1 person unless you're just rocking it into place (and you weight over 170 pounds). The instructions say keep it deployed and shipping cables in until done so you can't use the wheels :( - The speaker is a joke, not nearly loud enough to understand a podcast over my clopping hooves - Fan is homeopathic but better than nothing - Assembly is super fast and easy, pretty large and grippy tools included - Incline is incline -- we only have 7 foot ceilings where we put it which I stupidly did not account for. Wife can crank it but I'm too tall to get anything above 4 running or my head will hit the ceiling. - Well built, at least the important parts. Control panel wont cosmetically survive a topple or a drop with assembly unscathed Most importantly: For the the 60" deck, good reliability, adequate power I haven't found a better deal. Add in a $30 bluetooth speaker, $60 two year warranty, and a $20 floor fan and the package will rock many $1500 treadmills out there. Read the bad reviews: many talk about how their machine was serviced -- notice nobody says that they get ghosted by support like I read with many nordic track reviews. Update: one month in and this has changed my life. Working as expected.

Broke after two months, horrible tech support
This treadmill broke after two months of light use (maybe 30 minutes three times a week). We called customer service. After two weeks of waiting for support, they sent a long list of instructions to troubleshoot ourselves, including removing the cover, looking for ‘moving parts’ in the motor. They send rude auto emails every day that we don’t reply, but then take a week to reply to our messages. We have tried to follow these steps, take videos of our lack of success, and send those responses. We are not treadmill technicians. We asked for repair under warranty, but they said that is not a service they offer (they ‘do not have repair technicians’). They also said that failure of the treadmill is expected (!). Here is part of the latest email, where they have asked us to read the manual and tighten everything. “ A lot of the time these sounds come from a bolt or screw working itself slightly loose, which gives the machine enough space to move out of an into alignment, which makes clicking or popping sounds. Would it be possible for you to take the allen key and try to tighten everything? I am hoping that's the issue, since it usually rears its head after around 6 months or so of use.” It has been two months of use for us. We ordered a treadmill, not an engineering project. Very disappointing and a huge waste of time and money.
