This book is well written which makes it easy to ready. You should read this book whether you are just beginning your coaching career or an established coach.

Really simple to use this book
This is a good book to dip in and out of as a reminder of various techniques. The content is not particularly stretching if you have been coaching for a while, but really well structured and not overwhelming - I think I will use it a lot.

Fantastic book.

This book is the most practical book on coaching skills that there are. I think that it serves as the best book for a new coaches to start with.

A wonderfully thorough yet succinct book on the ins and outs of coaching. Definitely something I'll keep on my short list and something I'll pick up again when I need a refresher.Highly recommended for intermediate coaches but also beginners and the more advanced.
