Great insert, fitted in 24" cushion and makes it feel squishy and good quality. Just needs plumping up to make as good as new. This one nearly £5 cheaper than another one I bought on here but quality the same.

This is an absolutely awful cushion. The packaging was very poor and when we opened it the cushions stank. They smelled more like they'd been sat on by a goat. We left them out for a few days but the smell was unbearable and even began to transfer to where we'd placed them. We ended up sealing them in a black plastic bag and taking them to recycling . We decided against sending them back in case they contaminated anything else they came into contact with. I don't know what they used to make these cushions but do not buy them!

Feathers protruding in less than 6 weeks, very dissapointed.

I have 24" covers so ordered 26" pillows to get the puffed up look. These pillows, do not have enough filling and cushions sag, despite being 2" bigger than the cover. Cushions arrived with no packaging, just stuffed inside the shipping bag, although they looked clean but I am concerned as to how they are stored if they are not stored in packaging and may not be brand new (ex display or returns?). I have contacted the seller for an explanation. The lack of packaging has resulted in one star as I do not like the idea of second hand cushions. Will see what feedback I receive from the seller in this regard. Were it not for the packaging issue I would have awarded probably 3-4 stars as, whilst there isn't much filling, they are fairly plump and comfortable. And they do appear to have dust mite proof covering (evident from the telltale rustling of dust mite proof covers, which may annoy some people but makes me feel comfortable laying my head on the cushion as I know they're not infested with dust mites).Update: I have received a response from the seller, who advises products are made in house and they are not packaged to reduce costs. Whilst I do not consider it to costly to just wrap the cushions in something (even just a bit of plastic, as cushions have to be stored somewhere until they are dispatched) the savings are passed to the consumer which is a plus. I have therefore, increased my rating to 3 stars. This is because the cushions are not fully filled with feathers. The corners are empty which is a little annoying.So, to summarise, nice quality cushions with dust mite covering, but not fully filled, hence three stars.

excellent quality cushions. I ordered ones much for expensive from the White Company, but I find these just as good. Would highly recommend. very comfy & fit perfectly in intended cushion case.

I orderered cushions 2" larger than needed for a plump cushion. Utterly flat. Not enough feathers

Very pleased with this cushion pad, I purchased cheaper ones but wasn't happy with them, this one is perfect, fits well in the cover, came very quickly, would recommend.
