Looks like fake (counterfeit) product - poor quality replica of the original German vacuum. Water leaked from everywhere, ended up with a paddle on the carpet; start button did not do anything - the motor kept working whether you press it or not; UK mains plug adaptor did not work; poor finish quality of plastic parts; user guide was unusable - poor quality black & white photocopy. Returned it straight away and got refund.
