Perfect for Tea Stains
I specifically got some to clean tea stains from some spoons and mugs, it did a fantastic job. The spoons were particularly badly stained, to the point that rough scrubbing made very little difference. Soaked them in this for an hour, gave a light wipe down and rise, now they look brand new.

Works brilliantly
This product is awesome. Made my old tea stained flask look like new.You definitely need to do it in the sink as it does fizz up a lot. On the plus side it took the stains off the stainless steel plug hole.Took some of the enamel off of the top of the flask, so will need to find a way to protect it next time.Good value for money as it only took a tablespoon to make the flask look like new.

Can’t go wrong with this
Does what it says on the tin (plastic) cub 😃 to be fair I only use it on my mugs and tea spoons and it’s great for removing all the stains. I’ve used it for years and really easy to use.

Wow! Astonish is a good name for this!
I don't I often write reviews, but I felt that I needed to share this with you all!I have a battered old thermos flask, used daily, I would brew tea in it, add milk and drink throughout the day, rinse out, swish a bottle brush and some fairy then repeat daily... Over time the flask built up a coating of black something.... Scale... tea.... Something, it didn't bother me until it started to flake off then it did bother me, nothing would shift it, bicarbonate of soda got a lot off but not enough and it got to the point that I was worried it might not be hygienic to carry on using it so I bought a new flask. I didn't want it to suffer the same fate as, ol faithful so I looked for something to keep this one clean. Found this and bought it. Thought I'd give ol faithful a shot at redemption so I gave this product a baptism of fire, heaped a tablespoon of the powder into the flask and poured in some just boiled water, now, the instructions say to maybe do it in the sink or on draining board, I'd strongly advice the sink as the reaction was certainly vigerous to say the least, a volcano of foam and what can, best be described as manky tea slime poured out within seconds and kept on going, I topped it up after a few minutes (both powder and water,) and watched with fascination as more slime poured out with the foam. I left it for the recommendation 2 hours, rinsed and gave, it a quick scrub with the bottle brush and it is genuinely as good as new in there now!Wish I'd bought it sooner, would've saved me a few quid 😂
