What to Expect When You're Expecting 5th Edition

Love this book. I pick it up when I'm over worrying and seeking answers from Google (which most people don't recommend) It's like a bible for any questions you have and is so easy to read. My friend recommended it to me and I read it when I'm feeling anxious. Also has great sections in it for your partner to read. If you're feeling anxious about pregnancy I definitely recommend this book as it really helps!!

Really helpful, detailed & thorough book taking you through week by week. Outlines what to expect at doctor's appointments, every possible symptom, exercises with diagrams and more. Very reassuring and informative. Provides lots of information to make choices and deals with a wide variety of worries and issues which can arise during pregnancy, along with helpful tips for partners. I haven't needed to consult anything else.

I call it the ‘I’m worried book’, I use it when I’m concerned about something through pregnancy and it’s been such a great help. You can’t learn about everything, but its contents is so helpful to quickly look up any thing in particular, or get an idea about what to expect this month in your pregnancy - or if like me your a husband supporting your wife Definitely recommend as the first purchase for anyone trying for a baby

Very informative, well structured and straightforward. We’ve found this very useful, but there’s a few points where you wonder if this is the perfect book for someone outside the US as it has references that may not be as applicable. Not a deal breaker but something to consider.

Classic book that helps with all of those "middle of the night" questions that pop up. In the age of all the information in the world at your fingertips, it's nice to have a good old fashioned book you can pick up and refer to. (Think power outages, zombie apocalypse, or no internet.) I'd even go far enough to say it's a must have for new parents.

The perfect book for pregnant moms, it has so much useful information and follows pregnancy step by step.

Very informative book and a joy to read! A few jokes and puns thrown in among the facts and advice makes for some easy reading - even had me giggling at a few points! I am finding this book very useful through my pregnancy and highly recommend it to any new mums-to-be! There is also an app for your phone which goes with the book, entirely optional but gives nice weekly progress reports and videos as your baby grows.

Great Book for first Pregnancy. Old and known book, but always updated time by time. Illustrations and a lot of explanations. Has also comments from moms to be with their experiences.

Useful information and very easy to read. Has breakdown per month and special chapters at the times they those questions might be relevant.
