EXCELLLENT BOOK

c'est un livre faisant parti des fondamentaux, il est remis à jour / aux avancées scientifiques et autres.De prime abord son épaisseur pourrait nous faire fuir surtout si vous lisez énormément de livres en anglais comme moi....mais il ne lasse pas. On apprend toujours quelque chose de nouveau. Il est très agréable à lire et je pense que de nombreux speaker US ont pas mal "pompés" dans ce livre pour écrire le leur sans être désobligeante en omettant des passages importants. Vraiment un Must Have!

Updated and applied to our modern era , the author Bobbe Sommer , applies the Psycho Cybernetics concepts to real lives and circumstances in a way that is easy to follow and apply. The fact that the author actually knew Maxwell Maltz and shares her unique first meeting with him , gives this book a special feeling and value. I really liked it !

An old girlfriend's Mom gave me the original printing of this book, back when I was teenager. I ordered this book to put beside it. I am curios to read the 21st century version. It was a good read.
