Brilliant product
Had a slight problem with my first unit but the seller sorted that out at lightning speed, this item is brilliant I so wish I'd of bought one ages ago its so much cleaner and hygienic than have them poxy fly strips hanging about which look unsightly, this is good because its hygienic it catches all the bugs in the bottom tray which is easily removed and emptied, in a couple of days it's caught loads mostly flies but it's also caught wasps, moths and them irritating gnats, it also has a 2m lead which is good as every other one I looked at had 1m lead, product also comes with 2 spare bulbs, this product definitely works and is well worth the money

great product fully recommended
i got 2 of this jaymark as gift for family member and they so far happy with the product It's all about the wattage with these florescent zappers and 30 watts is enough to attract insects in our kitchen. It kills them very quickly too. Good value with the two spare tubes as they only last about a year before their effectiveness drops and they should be replaced.

Fly zapper
Ok for the price but doesn't take out all the flies

Great value for money
Does what it says on the tin. Great value for money. Cleaning the dead insect tray could perhaps be a bit easier but all in all a really good product.

Its bright and does the job.
To be honest we bought this due to the size of the rooms we have at home and not for commercial purposes. We only tend to turn it on when we notice flys buzzing around, turn this on though and within a few minutes they are usually zapped in our experience. Only suggestion would be not to place near a window, the reflection of light seem to attract flys to the window and not the tubes and the fly is way to safe on the window for my liking! Its relatively portable which is how we use it but comes with chain to hang it as well as additional light tubes. All good really!

Completely useless
Completely useless. Wasps would fly all about it and would only be zapped if they flew directly into it making a huge noise. After 2 weeks it captured 3 wasps and about 100 completely ignored it. I think the only way it would attract insects is in an otherwise dark room and it fits the size of the door. And it had a flimsy chain difficult to hang. Save the money and spray the insects.

Very good!!
I had tried others and they were useless. This one is great and has taken out flies, moths and daddy long legs. Easy to assemble and easy to clean. Well worth the money. Very please with it!

Received but doesn't turn on!
Firstly, I will update this review if this works.I received this today, quicker than the expected delivery time which was Saturday 11 July -so that was a nice suprise!Positives: Quick Delivery, well packed.Negatives: -it doesn't work, bulbs will not light up, poor instructions, tray at bottom thats supposed to catch the flies is very looseIf anyone has bought one of these recently and can tell me when or how the bulbs light up? There are no written instructions just a diagram. There are 3 buttons to side as you can see in the second photo- I have tried all 3 settings from 0 to I and II, nothing lights up. Even tried the tiny remote that comes with this by inserting the unusual size tiny battery thats comes with it like a Triple AAA except its half the length! At a price of £44 was hoping this would work??If I cant get this to work will be replacing with a cheaper one maybe a stand up right like lantern types just for mobility - as this commercial one should work in its fixed place. If there is anything I should do to get it to work please comment -Thank you.
