Powerful 1/3rd horse power compressor providing 30 -35 litres of air p/m. Most airbrush compressors have 1/6th horse power motors producing 20 - 25 litres of air per minute. 2 single oil-less pistons ensure that the paint supply is not contaminated. Capable of running air tools, such as nail guns/staplers, (the air pressure requirement should not exceed 6.5bar) and capable of supplying air for a number of airbrushes at the same time. The TC90T operates at under 50db. The air filter/pressure valve is fully adjustable. Switch position 1: Auto start / auto stop (dependent on the pressure level set at the pressure regulator). Auto on and off provides pulse free airbrushing. Switch 2: Increase the maximum operating pressure to 6.5bar with continuous pumping. Ideal for those needing a higher air pressure (T-Shirt painting, ceramics and the spraying of paints such as candies, pearls and top coat lacquers). Suitable for use with all types of airbrush and HVLP spray guns such as H2000G. Thermally protected and will turn off to prevent over heating GS,CE, ETL, ROHS approved. Suitable for: Illustration, Fine / Commercial Art, Photo Retouching, Custom Automotive / Motorcycle Graphics, Motorcycle Helmet Artwork, T-Shirts/Textiles, Nails & Cosmetics, Miniatures, Taxidermy, Fishing Lures, Models, RC Planes / Cars / Helicopters, Hobbies and Crafts, Students to Professional Cake Decoration Using: Watercolours, Acrylics, Inks and Dyes, Automotive Urethanes, Lacquers, Enamels and Edible Food Dyes Description : 2 x Single cylinder piston compressor (oil-less) 1/3HP motor 3 Litre Air Tank Voltage: 220-240V / 50Hz Air output per min.: 30 – 35l/min. Great performance, impressive support
I purchased this compressor a year ago as my first airbrush compressor. As I live in an apartment and can only work at late hours, I was looking for a quiet compressor in order not to disturb the neighbours. There were not so many reviews available about twin cylinder airbrush compressors at the time, but I thought that it would take shorter for the air tank to fill with the twin cylinders so it would operate for relatively shorter times, so I decided to go with this one.I have been using it since then at least twice a week for 3-4 hour sessions and I can say that it exceeded my expectations for a 'budget' compressor. I haven't used any other compressor and I don't know what more a more expensive unit has to offer from an operational perspective, but for someone who needs a decent compressor with reliable air output and low noise and vibration levels, I think this is a perfect match. In terms of performance, I am very happy with my decision. I have not experienced any issues with air pulsation during the time I used it. It is well balanced and the noise and vibration levels are not disturbing at all - I haven't received any complaints from any neighbours throughout this time. Just for precaution, I put styrofoam under the compressor when I have to work at midnights, but that's not even necessary. For information, it takes around 40 seconds for the compressor to fill the tank and shut off from cold start, and 10 seconds intervals during spraying (kicking in around every 30 seconds at 20psi output). As I said, this is my first compressor and I don't know what more I could get if I purchased a more expensive compressor, but for my hobby needs, this has been an excellent choice and I don't think I need anything more than this package.Apart from the performance of the compressor, I also have to highlight the impressive support that I received from the seller when contacted them with an inquiry, which I think adds even more value to this purchase.Overall, my experience with this purchase has been A+.The product and the service is top value for money and I would highly recommend it to anyone who's searching for a decent compressor to start airbrushing.
