Chinese made but quality finish on them.
I’ve been looking for Allen key bits for my 12V drill, finally found one. I think it’s chinese made but great quality finish just as good as Germany or USA made.

Poor tolerances.
Disappointing. 3 mm bit in particular is undersized, just spins in the screw socket. 2.5 mm isn't much better. Since these are the two sizes I use 90% of the time, this set is useless to me.

Good quality and arrived the next day, not much else to add.

Incomplete
I needed a 3mm hex bit so when I read the specifications (1 to 8mm) I presumed a 3mm would be included. This is not the case. They are not particularly well engineered, but then they are not that expensive, so I will reframe from giving a 1 star rating.
