Great bike leash for well behaved dogs
This bike pet leash has been working very well for one of my pups- the well behaved one who doesn’t pull! While it is easy to install it will spin around if your pup pulls or suddenly jerks the leash. The inner rubber ring seems to prevent me from fully tightening the pet leash comepletly allowing it to spin entirely around my bike when my dog pulls - I also enlisted the help of my husband to tighten. I still believe it’s a great product if you know your dog will be fairly well behaved (without a tendency to chase squirrels) while jogging next to you.

I love the bungee
Just got this item and used it on my 2 medium sized dogs. I love the bungee, and how my bike won’t move one bit even when my dog pulls on the other direction. Overall it’s a great product for the price and works very well for my purpose which is just a couple mile bike run around the neighborhood.I just wish the leashes are adjustable since it gets pretty long when my dog pulls.

Great idea but not for strong dogs...
This leash is great to drain my dogs energy. It attaches easily. The only reason why I didn't give it 5 stars is because I have had it for 1 month and the bungee leash shredded & snapped off during my last use. I had to grab my dog before he took off. There has to be a way to make the leash stronger.

Just what I needed for my active dog!!
I have a GSP who love to run. I've tried bike riding and holding the leash before but it was more challenging than I expected. So I ordered this guy and got a chance to try it out last night. It fits right under the seat and only takes a couple of minutes to install and then off we went. My dog (Duke) loved it. We were able to go as fast as he wanted and it was very easy for him to star right along beside me. I was initially concerned about stopping but the leash is mad e of a bungee cord type material allowing give in case of a quick stop. Overall I've been very happy with it initially. I'll try to get some pictures up in the next few days.

Awesome
I use this with my heeler and it is amazing. He doesn't get under the tire or caught in anything. The only downside is he can still run under my petal and I'm afraid that the elastic that connects from the rod to the leash will wear out or start fraying.

Works Great
So far so good! My 34 lb Red Heeler has lunged at a Skateboarder and a couple squirrels and I've barely bobbled... I only noticed her doing that out of the corner of my eye... and she was tired... The bungie is great. Usually when I see we are in squirrel territory, I'll pay more attention to what she's doing and call out our No command as we go along to remind her that we aren't chasing them today. We only use this on bike paths. The bar is heavy, but I feel confident it will not break apart as I've seen with other designs.

My Doberman no longer controls my life = )
OK,For those of us who have dogs that take us for walks twice a day, this is the product for you. I invested in a 20' comfort bike from Sea & Ski and my son attacked it to the seat of my bike to walk my Yorkie (In the front Basket) and my 1 year old 95 lb. Doberman while I ride. I say problem of tugging is 95% solved and I'm delighted. The quality and price are also better than most competitors.

THIS WORKS
Listen, I usually don’t write rave reviews because let’s face it products these days are not the greatest quality. But this product works, the quality for the price is amazing, it is easy to attach and best of all gave my dog some much needed cardio and energy release.

Bungee cord is too long and stretchy, doesn't keep dog away from wheel.
I don't know who's paying the other 5 star reviewers to say "it's amazing!", but I can assure you that the Head Tilt is pretty basic. I couldn't afford $110 for the Walky Dog Plus, which is ridiculous, I just want to exercise my dog for crying out loud. This one swivels around on the bike seat, especially if you have a very large or strong dog, or it's their first time using it. I have to hold the bar in place with the back of my leg, and if it comes too far forward I just wrench it back with my leg while I'm riding. The bungee cord that it came with was not strong enough to hold my 100 lbs Akita/Lab at first, she would stretch it all the way out (about 4 feet) and run in front of the bike. I may as well have used a regular leash if it was going to do that. At first I had to take out the bungee cord and replace it with a piece of regular leash that I modified to fit into it, so it wouldn't stretch out.I tightened the bolts on the screws as tight as they would go, and I turned the bar towards the back slightly, and she had a good long run, it was what she needed. Now she doesn't even nuisance bark because she's not pent up anymore. After 2 good runs with the modified leash in the Head Tilt, she was calm enough to put the bungee cord back in, and she jogs along side the bike now. The Head Tilt is alright if you need one quick and can't afford the Bike Tow or the Walky Dog, however it does not keep the dog away from the bike due to the very long bungee cord, and I've ran over my dog's paw a couple times. I have to push her away with my leg if she gets too close to the bike. Other than that, it's hands free so you get a decent run. 100% please modify it if you have overexcited or strong dogs, as the bungee cord does not give any sort of control and they WILL pull you off if they want to run after something or decide to jump over the wheel.
