This is the best pizza cutter I have found. It cuts the large ones in one cut. We love it, leaving now cut marks on the wood pizza paddle.

This is a sharp tool. Use it like a large knife on a surface that is made for preserving an edge (like a cutting board) and it gets the job done quick and fast.It's not made for hammering down through stuff on a hard stone/metal/glass surface or you'll dull it like any other sharp edge.If you're expecting to have some extremely hard edge that is also laser sharp and is going to hold up to the abuse that you see at your local chain pizza place... getting pounded through hundreds of pies a night on a stainless counter.... you're going to be disappointed. If you want something that is going to easily section your home cooked pies, rock through some veggies, and other home tasks without herculean effort... it's a great tool.It's also amusing to feel like a ninja turtle when wielding it. As long as you teach your kids how to use it and to respect the business end of it, it is also great for them to use as it requires very little effort to use.

I was getting that feeling again. You know the one, when your trusty weapon of choice decides that since your dumb butt hasn't spent any points in upgrading or repairing it in the last five hordes it is going to hit 0% and break at THE worst moment? This cutter is no joke very sharp, the plastic handles are nice, and the blade guard is about the best I've seen but the blade is just too thin and flexible for me so it is going to be returned.The blade was nicely shaped but at just about 1mm thick it was very easy to flex a lot. The sharp blade was impressive but honestly too sharp for a pizza cutter. Being so thin I'd expect it would dull to a sensible sharpness after cutting through a few pizza pans and peels but be careful what you cut on until then...or file/sand that factory edge down a bit before use.

We have probably spent over $100 in the past 30 yrs for pizza cutters (mostly on rollers, which is a horrible design) and this one is by far more efficient, 100% cleaner(does not move displace food at the line of cut) and quicker in cutting(one downward motion). Just wished pizza was a healthy choice so that i can use this cutter more often.
