Without putting too finer point on it, I suffer with gastrointestinal wind........a lot. I have several health conditions which create the perfect storm for this. In the past I have taken the activated charcoal from a well-known high street supplement shop - it helped a bit but not as much as their blurb promised, so I decided to look for an alternative.I can't fault this product. It really does work. It's cheaper than the one I was buying, the capsules have a higher mg, I only need to take 4 capsules instead of 6, and there's the bonus of it being delivered to my door instead of having to travel several miles. I love the flat packaging too, so it slips straight through the letterbox.All in all, I'm one very happy customer

I suffer with IBS and I am (or should I say "was") heavily dependent on medicines to manage the symptoms. Since taking this supplement (I take it twice daily) I am feeling so much better. Not gassy anymore, goodbye to stomach cramps. All feels "normal". I would definitely recommend this product if have IBS and problems with digestion.

Fantastic product. I suffer from a glucose intolerance which means stiffness and all kinds of digestive problems with certain foods not to mention glucose leaking out of my skin but these charcoal capsules take care of that and stop it. Sure it makes my stools black and you pass more wind and pee a lot but it works and helps keep me healthy.. Just drink a lot of water when you take these charcoal capsules to keep hydrated. Top product and great, quick delivery.. Very impressed with this product!

Great product did ease bloating, and were easy to take would reccomend to anyone who suffers with bloating and mild indigestion after eating certain foods. When eating minced meat products like cottage pie, Lasagne etc I would get indigestion after taking these charcoal tablets it alleviated the symptoms considerably. Thankyou

Turned my waste to a very dark green, I suppose that is the charcoal getting rid of built up toxins plus the colour of the charcoal. Used the whole container, one tablet twice per day. Didn't actually feel any difference but I think it certainly helped to clean my tubes.

I’ve tried a lot of theses now because I keep hoping they’ll work. I bought to alleviate excess gas but it really doesn’t work. Not sure if charcoal doesn’t work or this productStill trying to find something to work!

Never used charcoal tablets before, found it a very effective product, does what it's supposed to do.Interesting packaging makes storage of this product very convenient.I have used Troo products before and recommend them , sensible price and excellent delivery time
