Very comfortable air walker boot, great customer service
Excellent walker boot, delivered very quickly. Good support for an ankle which I initially thought was sprained, and later turned out to be broken. I was so glad that I had purchased the boot; it was very comfortable and robust. It was easy to adjust the straps and it had great padding. Staff at Orthotix were very helpful and pleasant - thanks!

Does the job perfectly
I have been using this product now for a few months. It was definitely a good buy, gave me the ability to return to work, but unfortunately developed a puncture at 4 months. contacted the company and unfortunately there is only a 3-month warranty on it so I'm back to hobbling whilst I wait save for a replacement, lol

Wrong sizes shown on Amazon
Disappointing. Needed a quick turn around for our son, opted for the small 4-6.5 shoe size as he is a 6.Boot turned up and it is too small and says 3.5 to 5.5 in the paperwork. Pretty basic product description error.

Life safer
Whilst expensive this was an absolute life saver. Couldn’t walk on the standard one the hospital gave me at all so invested in this and was able to walk immediately. Took 3 months of wearing but could walk fairly long distances. Definitely a must buy

Not comfy
Sorry i had to return it. It was my size but it s to narrow by the ankle it was hurting so bad. The straps are also very short. Otherwise its a lovely boot

A real godsend got me back on my feet
I purchased this after breaking a bone in my foot and not getting on very well with the shoe the nhs provided. This boot enabled me to be able to hobble around whilst foot was very painful. Am hoping once swelling has gone down etc I will be able to walk with it on more comfortably. It’s fairly easy to put on once you have done it a couple of times. Really pleased I bought it otherwise I think I would have been cemented to my sofa.
