I use it for years. Helps, or not, I don't know but I am never I'll. I have no flu, or "covid 19" and I am 70. It seems does something!!!

We have used this for years, wonderful. Our family take a spoonful at the hint of an illness at school, so far 100% attendence! Obviously we also look after ourselves aswell. We also used it for an eczema looking rash near the eye which didn't respond to conventional care, took it orally and used it in a spray, worked well, no rash. Definitely recommend.
