Canper Can Cap, Multicoloured, 4 Pack Words

I was looking for some sort of alternative to the evils of plastic straw usage, and I wondered if there was any modern equivalent to a product called "Cannies" that our family had back in the 80s that were essentially a clip-on spout for drink cans. The internet said no. But I figured there must be something similar out there in the world, and that's how I stumbled across these things.They are marketed as being anti-germ, anti-bugs,anti-germbugs (which they are of course), but for me these are primarily great for drinking from a can without all of it passing through your front teeth which can cause staining and various other things your dentist wouldn't approve of. I never actually liked using straws anyway, and I've found Canpers to be an ideal compromise.Sure, they don't create a seal as mentioned by some of the other reviews, but that really isn't what these things are for, so that seems an unfair criticism. They also don't cause the drink to spill on to your face unless they have been fitted incorrectly, so again, those comments made by other people seem a little invalid. They're actually very easy to fit if you take the time to look at the visual guide on the packaging, and over time they become even easier to slide on.In addition to all of that, the customer service is absolutely superb, which made me absolutely determined to take the time to sit and write a review for what I feel is a highly underrated product.

Well I have to say, finally, its about time that someone created this, because every time is summer and I want to have a drink, I always have to put tissue over the top to cover so that flys do not go inside my drink.My one small issue is that, I wish that it would also stop any liquid coming out, I tested to see if it would drip and it does drip. so make sure that someone does not knock it down. but it does the job which prevents flys going into your drink.

To be honest I was a bit sceptical when they arrived and seen the design of the Canper and what they say they do. I also thought that some leakage must take place when drinking from it. However this thing is brilliant. No spills or leakage from the can when drinking. More hygienic drinking from it than actually drinking direct from the can. Also another key point for me was the fact that I can have a can in the car without it spilling everywhere. A brilliant idea, maybe not for everyone but I think it's clever and a bonus is it keeps bugs or anything getting into the open can. One thing I would have liked to have been offered is the personalisation of the caps or just a plain design.

Useful little item. When my daughter leaves half a can of drink, I can use this to keep the drink fresh for at least another day. One day is fine, two days and the fizz had gone. Glad I read the other review about tucking the cap under the ring pull. Be aware this does not seal the can completely, so if tipped over it will leak.

Very easy to use but a little annoying having to take the top on and off every time you get a drink. That being said, they are easy to use and make me smile. They dont leak during normal use, or whilst drinking but I havent tipped a can over yet, or carried one in my bag.

These seem to be the only can stoppers I could find. They work very well and upto now no leaks, even with a carbonated drink.

Fiddly and doesnt fit any can I have tried to date. When eventually forced in to a can orifice much of the can contents were lost in the process. When I attempted to drink using the device it dribbled down my t-shirt. Dont think the design is totally bad but a softer material would be an improvement for easier fitting and readier seal to the can. The ones I received are heading for the bin.
