Great Way to Start
Very impressed with these carving tools. Very sturdy. Basically, the same blades as the Flexcut palm tools but without the handle. Simply insert the blade into the handle and go. No blade wobble in the handle. These are very sharp. The tool roll is nice and compact. Instructions are great. Project is fun. Can't go wrong with this set.

Flexcut SK110 Palm tool set
Item shipped fast. Price was excellent. I own a few Flexcut products including the Flexcut Carving Jack. Just recieved this SK110 palm tool set to add to my wood carving arsenal. Flexcut as always is high quality. These tools as they come are razor sharp and holds its edge extremely well. Huge Flexcut fan for Life.

Brushing up on the skills.......
I am a designer. While creating for my clients, I am constantly reaching back to the many things learned during College in Art and Design. Wood Carving is my newest "reach back!" I needed to refresh my skills and test the waters before purchasing a primo professional set of carving tools (Which run rather expensive). This set filled the bill! It even provides a "How-to" video, and two wood blocks to practice on...great deal!

These are great if you’re using them to cut butter.
I decided to give Flexcut another try in case my first purchase was a fluke. I ended up buying this set and just like my first purchase these knives can barely cut any type of wood. Extremely dull, the v-tool is absolutely useless. I have cheap linoleum cutters that work better than these for wood.
