This tea is gentle but it does work. It does not have a bad taste. To me, it is no worse than green tea. I rest better when I drink it before bedtime too.

I just love Chiro-Klenz and have been drinking it for nearly 25 years whenever I feel like I need an easy cleanse. I first discovered it through my holistic doctor in California. It tastes great any time of day -- only one cup a day. One bag makes several cups of tea that you can share with others or save for the following days. Drinking it at night has never interfered with my sleep. and it does an excellent job of cleansing and slimming the body ... I highly recommend this cleansing tea, but be sure to read the directions carefully and never overdo! Remember, only one cup per day!

It Works Naturally
My chiro introduced this for my wife who has chronic constipation all her life exacerbated by a rough bout of C-Diff. This stuff really works when the other items such as Miralax, stool softeners, laxatives, Triphala , etc doesn't do the job. Very reliable and does not cause cramps.
