Harry Potter inspired Marauders map morphing mug color changing 11 oz ceramic mug

I bought this for my wife as a marauders map mug is actually pretty cool. She's used it once and whatever is on the outside of the mug has started cracking and peeling off. I remember washing it up and putting it away thinking it was strange that a cup would have a drip design. Cue 2 days later and it's just awful.Like I say in the title, it works as a mug, but that's not the point.

This looks amazing. The way the image appears by fading in upwards is exactly like a secret map being revealed.If you love Harry Potter, you'll absolutely love this.I'm not sure how long it lasts before it begins to fade though as I've only just brought it for my friend. Also a (very very minor) issue is that you can very faintly that there are marks on the mug once you are looking for it. But these are very faint, and to be honest I'd imagine it's incredibly difficult not to have it show a tiny bit on the mug due to the temperature when handling it etc.All in all an easy 5 stars to give

I bought this for a secret Santa present. My friend thought it was just a black mug, then someone suggested she put hot water in. Then voila....slowly the Marauders Map is revealed. Brilliant. She was chuffed to bits.

I like the way the picture in the mug appears. I bought it for a Harry Potter fan who already had 2 heat changing mugs & a glass that changes with cold drink. I wanted to replace a mug that had accidentally been put in dishwasher and had begun to peel. I was initially unsure of this mug because it was very different to the mugs I had gotten before but she loved it and I think it's good too. It's been used daily for a couple of weeks and so far so good.

Brought it because the one we had was put in the dishwasher by mistake Big mistake so anyone buying this kind of mug do not put it in the dishwasher the oustside coating comes off so at to replace it.

The mug itself is very nice and carries out the job like any other. However its a shame because the print itself is also good but it doesn't cover the whole mug so there are visible white lines across the top and bottom which is a shame.

Not what I thought it was going to be it’s actually a black cup that changes not as the picture looks, a bit disappointed with this product.
