I am someone who suffers from a lot of back, neck and shoulder pain. I use a lot of massage products, do yoga, CBD oils, but I can never quite get to the source of the problem - this where these salts come in! I always know when it has been a while since the last time I had an Epsom salt bath because parts of my body start to ache again. The beauty of a product like Epsom salts is that it absorbs through the pores of your skin, and you don't really need to do anything apart from relax.The salt will help with any kinds of joint/muscular aches you have all over your body, whether it is from exercise, daily life or chronic problems. These salts have a lovely eucalyptus scent too, which really helps you unwind from any type of stress you may have been experiencing. I would recommend having the bath towards the end of the day as one you come out you will feel incredibly relaxed, and can lead to having a really good night sleep too.My tips:- Run a warm bath to the temperature you feel comfortable with- Take two handfuls of salt and scatter it across the bath into the water - you can add more if you're particularly stress/achey- Add any additional oils, soaps, foam and bubbles that you like- Stay in the bath for at least 20 minutes to let the Epsom salt work its magic- The bag says about rinsing yourself afterwards, but you dont need to and I never have.- Top tip - don't look at your phone - take a gentle big breath and slowly exhale... let the world slow down.As I mentioned I am quite a frequent bather, and I tend to have 2 or 3 baths a week. I go through 2x 1kg bags a month, which I use amazon subscribe and save for a discount. If you're having 1 bath a week you are likely to only need 1kg bag a month.Epsom salts are also great for your skin as well as muscular and joint aches. If you have dry skin or acne that needs soothing this will definitely help! It can also be used in a footspa, whirlpool or hot tub as the salt will dissolve after about 10 minutes.I have used other Epsom salt products but these are the winner due to their effectiveness, smell and overall value for money. Brilliant. I have tried a lot of bath salts over the years. This one really works - for sore muscles, relaxation (plus detox assistance with) colds and hangovers! I always soak for a min. of 30mins. Longer works even better.

I use the shower gel and really love it, this was the first time trying the bath salts, they smell glorious and really enjoyed them.Would prefer them to be in a box instead of this awful plastic bag but if you can pretend to yourself that you're not killing the planet then I'd say do it!FYI Not always easy to find but you can buy plain Dead Sea salt in a box really cheaply in your chemist or Savers and then just add your own essential oils, much cheaper and better for the environment if you can find them. But do decant into a pretty glass jar so it doesn't turn to mooch with bathroom condensation.

Great for after the gym

I love the scent of these bath salts but at the price retailers charge I only purchase as a treat . I wouldn't say pain relief wise any advantage over normal plain Epsom salts but the fragrance does lift your mood which in turn could be argued helps take your focus off the pain.Someone with more time on there hands might be able to recreate this at fraction of the price.Overall I love the item and scent just not the price.

I love these! I have arthritis and back pain and am often very tense and have bad insomnia. These help so much.I sprinkle them the length of the bath just before getting in and swirl around with my hand. They have a gorgeous scent and don’t stay gritty on your body or get left behind in the bath.The packet stands up on its own so once you’ve opened it you can keep it in a bathroom cupboard. Dead Sea salts are famous for their soothing and relaxing effects and I do genuinely feel relaxed after a bath with these. I add bubble bath also but that’s just my choice as I like a bubble bath.Highly recommended. Even my 21 year old son who is fit and chilled uses them. Says he sleeps well after and my partner who is a builder loves these to soothe sore muscles.I’ll be continuing to buy these.

Salt is okay , the morerefined it is. The effects is more. Wasn't that great compared to radox.
