Just what I needed for my HD599
Needed an extra length when connecting it to my amp while playing the guitar at night. Fits perfectly and sounds the same. Good quality.

Works but cable texture is an annoyance
While the cable works fine, the cable materials could have been made without the texture. When listening to music, it really annoying when the cable rubs against anything producing a scratchy audible sound. Otherwise, the cable works and is a cheap cable. Personally, I would have liked to spend the extra 2-3 dollars on something a little better

This is very nice cable for very low price
Great cable - i was a little bit hesitant reading strange reviewws - but for $12 :) Then I get nice supprise - great cable (feel and look same as oryginal) - great sound - it goes perfectly with my Sennheiser HD558.

Works well with the 598 SE
Packaging is better then it should be; really great price for basic sound quality needs. Not sure how these will fair with a proper set up, but for a replacement wire and just to plug-and-play, it’s great.

It's ok
The nylon braiding broke almost immediately and started to unravel. Very annoying. The rubber coating underneath has held up fine over a few years.

Updated review - Audio crackling after one day of use, but offered refund/replacement
UPDATE: a few days after posting this, the seller messaged me with an apology and told me that because the product is under warranty, they'll be happy to give me a refund or replace the product. I opted for the refund, but I might end up just repurchasing the product because of customer service like this. Very impressed with them reaching out! I upped my review to 3 stars because of this.-------------------------------------ORIGINAL REVIEW: I just needed a replacement cord for my Sennheiser HD 598SE. The first day, the audio was fine, I liked the length and material of the cord, and everything seemed dandy, so I threw out the packaging. Just one day later after using these headphones at my desk, the audio in the left ear is crackling, and moving my head everrrrr so slightly changes whether or not the audio comes through. Clearly something is wrong with the build quality of this cord, which is very disappointing because I can't return since I threw out the packaging. Sigh. At least it wasn't pricey.
