Is this glue suitable for repairing torn pages in a picture book?

This glue is not really for torn pages however, it does dry clear so if you needed to use it to fix a torn page, I can only suggest that you place something under the torn page and gentle rub the glue across the top of the page with a cotton bud. Allow the glue to dry, then repeat this on the reverse side of the torn page.

Depends on the quantity applied. For bookbinding approximately 1 hour. If being used as part of cardmaking and fabric i.e. cartonnage, a thin layer is almost instantaneous.
