Crudigno Organic Pumpkin Seed Oil.
Came across this by chance and deceided to give it a go instead of the reagular Olive oil. I found it to be tasty and gave a piquant ( LOL ) flavour to the Pasta itself before serving. I deceided to use this on special occassions for that something extra. Try it an before long who knows!

taste test
the taste of this so called pumpkin oil bears a closer resemblence to olive oil, there is no nutty flavour or deep green colour to it, having used pumpkin oil for the last 45 years i consider myself qualified to know the true article. Its like paying for top quality butter and getting cooking margerine, I feel truely ripped off.

I am not sure that it is 100% pumpkin seeds oil but it's not so expensive.Good value for many.

It's simply delicious! A litle drop of this and everything tastes just perfect. I think it makes an excellent combination with asian and italian food!
