I would only buy from this brand, these are such good MSM pills. Takes a few months for me to really see a difference - I can tell most in my skin. I glow, heal very quickly and much less acne.

I am always impressed with this brand of health care products- my only problem with this is that to me at least the tablets are large and difficult to swallow-I have no doubt that it is a high quality product as are many items in the Vegavital range.
