Why does everyone think these work???
Let me start off by pointing out what these balls ACTUALLY offer, like, they do seem to cut down drying time by an average of 5 minutes per load, a bunch of banging noise while the dryer is on (which doesn't bother me), and your clothes will not be has "hard" as they would be when not using any fabric softener or fabric sheets.Now with that being said, they do absolutely NOTHING for static. And before some of you "natural gurus" try questioning what I'm saying, I tried these balls as is, I tried them with adding 1/4 white vinegar in the rinse cycle of my HE washer, I've tried adding 1/2 cup of white vinegar in the rinse cycle as well, which is over kill for a HE washer, and I've even added a damp wash cloth with vinegar in the dryer as well. I also tried to make sure I didn't "over" dry each load. EVERY SINGLE load was full of static, especially loads carrying anything with fleece and/or polyester-cotton mix.Now moving onto where I live (for those who are going to say that might be contributing to it) I live in Florida. Which it happens to be rainy season right now, which means lots and lots of humidity. So if anything, the humidity should be assisting with eliminating the static.So for anyone who is thinking of buying these because you want a more natural way of doing laundry and you don't mind static within your clothes, then by all means these are great. Other wise, save your money.

These are not XXL. They were only about half the size of my current wool dryer balls.

Very happy with this product
I was skeptical about this product at first, but was forced to try the dryer balls because I became extremely allergic to traditional dryer sheets...even the unscented ones. So far, this product works really well. They help eliminate static and have not caused an allergic skin reaction. Very happy with this product.

Works great, good switch from plastic ones
I'm very happy with these. I've gone through many plastic ones that cracked apart. Since I'm a rental host I do a ton of laundry. Plus they're quieter than plastic too.

Nice replacement for dryer sheets
These work pretty good as a replacement for dryer sheet, plus they are fragrance free. I did add a safety pin to two of them for static reduction.
