HaloBook by BiteCool is a great laptop with very reasonable price. I purchased from Amazon and transaction was very smooth and I got it on next day. I was skeptical if this laptop is able to handle 2 X 27inch LG monitors. It was not problem at all with its Intel Celern N5095 Quad Core, 12 GB RAM, NVMe SSD. It runs everything faster and I am very happy about it. More important is BiteCool's service. I had little problem to activate warranty. I emailed BiteCool and got response supper fast which really surprises me. Per Amazon site, BiteCool is located inside of China. As my personal experience, there may be lots of service, communication issues if you purchase something from China. With great service of BiteCool, I am confident to buy again and recommend to my family and friends.

Talk about bang for your buck. This inexpensive but high performance laptop has been amazing for my craft projects, video editing, cricut projects, and video conferences. Highly recommend. The only issue I have had was a soft hum from the fan the first three times I used it and then I forgot my password, reset the pc and now Windows doesn’t recognize that it was already previously installed so they are requesting that I buy a new one. That is something Microsoft will handle, so all in all, GREAT PRODUCT.

I bought this laptop for school and light gaming, and it disappointed me. One of the biggest issues was the constant glitching of the mousepad. Sometimes the keypad barely responds and becomes the computer equivalent of driving a car in heavy snow. And sometimes the mouse wanders off on its own or completely disappears. The battery life (with power saving on) lasts about 2 to 3 hours max. And fails to even reach 100% getting stuck on 92%. If you don't plan on using it stationary be prepared to move the charger around with it constantly. It also has terrible speeds, which even with a Celeron for a CPU you would expect much more. And when I filled out the online survey for the warranty I was never granted it.If you are interested in buying a cheap computer I highly recommend spending an additional 100 USD as it will last you much longer. Avoid this one at all costs!

My only complaint has been the battery life but this laptop has been great for over a year now. I edit videos and work from it. Great specs to handle light animation with cinema 4d.

I bought this laptop in November of 2022. I had a couple of issues.1. Fan Noise2. Charging Cord3. Battery LifeThe fan noise issue has been fixed. It's as quiet as a mouse.The charging cord has been improved as it now charges to 100% and stays there while charging.The charging cord fix has also fixed the battery life issue.The ease of using this laptop is amazing. I love the size of the screen. I had a 16-inch screen with my previous laptop. I like this better.The laptop is worth a 5-star review; however, the company deserves 5-stars for customer service.In addressing my issues, the company fixed them in a new laptop and sent it to me without questions. I have never had a company respond so quickly and with such strength. I now have two laptops, one with a couple of issues that are not really so bad, and a new one with no issues.Kudos to BiTECOOL. I won't hesitate to buy another product from them.Thank you.

Perfect price, size and value for my needs. Extremely lightweight, no fan noise that others complained about. Windows 11 and smooth keyboard. Very simple standard PC with the apps needed and easily activated. Good sound, picture, quality.Thank you for this product!

Not that good after a month for so several keys started not working and I had to get a Bluetooth keyboard to even use it would not recommend for long-term use the hinges on the screen are not that strong, so if you put the screen at a certain angle, it falls straight down, I would not recommend this lapped

This laptop is actually good for the price of it and what the parts give you. The laptop is also fast since it got an SSD which should boot you into Windows very fast. And the laptop can run some programs smoothly and fast. Overall, this laptop is really nice and would purchase one to my friend as a present anytime soon.
