Lovely and luscious
This lovely cream absorbs quickly into the skin and feels luxurious. It smells like Play Doh which is slightly disconcerting but doesn't put me off at all!

Definitely Recommend
I've only just started using this product for the last two nights. It was described as fragrance free, but I denote subtle tones but can't quite put my finger on it. It appears good for my sensitive skin, nice and light creamy texture and absorbs well into skin. I really like it so far. I wake up with lovely soft, non greasy skin.

Night cream Batch No. 40601 - not fit for purpose
The night cream I bought was part of a bad batch acknowledged by Upcircle as being defective but because I didn’t open it immediately and so went past the window for returning it, I have been denied a refund or replacement. The night cream is obviously not fit for purpose. It is thick, yellowish and has a bad smell. I have written twice to customer services and they have not even acknowledged my emails. The fact that they have been selling a defective product, which they have acknowledged as belonging to a bad batch (No. 40601), is disgraceful. This product should have been recalled and a refund or replacement given. So many customers have given reviews expressing their dissatisfaction with this product and the fact that no effort has been made to rectify the situation. I do wonder what made this night cream “bad”. No explanation has been forthcoming. Based on my experience, I would say give this company a wide berth and avoid.Edit:I was belatedly contacted by very pleasant and friendly staff to arrange for replacement of the defective night cream. Thank you. Your help in rectifying the matter is much appreciated.😊

Lovely Skincare options
Smells great, makes your skin lovely and soft. Only giving it 4 stars as its a bit more than I would regularly like to spend on a night cream

Up circle night cream
It’s a lovely natural night cream that is easy to apply. It’s a very nourishing night cream that sinks into the skin quickly. Love it. I also use the eye cream, and day moisturiser. I couldn’t be without the cleanser. I also like that I can get them on Amazon the next day. Fast delivery from the supplier.

Give UpCircle Another Chance!
Batch Number: 40601Please note that UpCircle have confirmed a bad batch of their product recently! Their recipe has not changed. The reviews mentioning a very thick white cream that smells slightly strange are likely due to this batch as this differs from the usual cream. This should now be resolved so any new purchases should be okay! Look out for the batch number above. This cream is amazing! Give it another chance if you received a bad batch! I contacted UpCircle directly with photos of the cream and pot and they've sent out a new one to me free of charge even though I bought it off amazon and not through their own website.Amazing company that is really trying to do amazing things! Please don't give up on them!

Not the same
I bought the cream for the second time...and unfortunately the second time I bought it was a completely different cream. The first time it was a light cream and the smell was pleasant, the second time I got a thick cream and the smell was completely different and it didn't hydrate well. I'm disappointed.

Very good
This face cream feels very nice on the skin, it’s light but thick enough to hydrate. It saved my skin that was dried out from salicilyc acid. Some say it has a sweet smell, but for me it’s barely noticeble.Edit:I absolutely cannot believe the failure of their customer service. I knew there was something wrong with batch 40601 - I asked for a replacement from Amazon as I thought the cream went bad, it smelled disgusting and it was rock hard in the pot. The replacement was from the same batch - same poor quality. Months later, I ordered a jar again but still had the same number, 40601 on it - and guess what, it smelled horrible too. I reached out to Upcircle and asked if it's usual for their product quality to vary between different batches, as I thought to myself I might need to go to a store somewhere to check the smell before purchasing. Customer service got back and lectured me about how the quality is the same each time. They did not offer a refund or a replacement, anything. I'm pleased to see they finally acknowledged their mistake. Unfortunately, I already threw away all those jars....£50 out the window.
