Q: Will this work with most car doors?

I'd think so but haven't tried it myself lol 😁

Q: Is this suitable for removing ceiling coving?

It will do the job if its plaster coving although it is large and quite heavy to weal around. You may however need a scraper to remove of any adhesive.

Q: Does it open a locked/jammed internal door?

It is possible, but a lot of force will be required and then the door will need to be replaced.

Q: Would this be any good open a wooden door as the key is lost?

Maybe. It's very robust but fairly short; a longer bar would provide more leverage. A less destructive method would be to remove the lock escutcheon (plate) and then the core of the lock if you can access the screws - or even drill/cut around the lock area so it drops out! Using a pry bar will probably damage the door and the frame, so would require more repairs.
