I really wanted to give this container a 5 star review, but the only reason I can't is because you cannot fit a sandwich in any of the compartments, the compartments have to be removed which defeats the purpose of the compartments.otherwise it's great, you get one large compartment which is half the overall container, it can easily fit a large portion of rice, or noodles, or whatever else you want to put in it, it may not look it but because of the depth it can easily fit a large portion. the other removable compartment is split in two, so you get two quarters of the overall container, i find this useful for taking salads to work with me, so my main meal goes in the larger compartment that i can remove and heat up, and one of the quarters has my salad, finally the last quarter i will have something for desert, like fruit or chocolate or biscuits.when closed and traveling the food doesn't move around at all between compartments, but if you're worried about getting pasta sauce in your biscuits then you can cling film over them as they are separate removable compartments.all in all fantastic container for lunch on the go.

Does what it should do, seal everything in. Don't put in the microwave longer than 2 minutes, start to buckle.

These are really great for anyone who has packed lunches. There are 3 pull out compartments which will hold easily enough for a lunch for 1 person. Keeps bread from getting soggy as you can just add the filling stored in one of the other compartments just before eating and you don't need to wrap everything separately in food bags or cling film. Cleans very easily in soapy water and the lid is easy to remove and replace. We bought two to take on holiday using one compartment for a bread roll, a portion of salad in another and either tuna or boiled egg in mayo in the last one. The food stayed lovely and fresh in the cool bag until we were really to eat and saves having to queue for lunch when everyone else wants the same. Much cheaper doing it this way as well.

I'm going to keep it because it is a good product overall but it is NOT as described. I ordered two boxes and expected them to be exactly as the picture (with 3 compartments of equal size). Instead what I received were 2 boxes, with a central division and the left hand section divided into a further two sections. There are still three sections in each box but one is large (half box) and the other two are smaller (quarter box), so this product is not as described or pictured. For that reason it is getting four rather than five stars.

As expected with Lock & Lock brand, they’re a breeze to open and close. I’ve bought several shoddy imitations from the major supermarket brands and regretted it as none come close. These are my first choice whenever I reach for a box.This size is the most handy for our daily food prep, can just fit longer/larger meats like poultry legs. The translucent sides are very useful for seeing the contents.Easy to clean and can pop in dishwasher.

Lock & Lock do seem to be much better quality than similar looking products from your local supermarket. Have moved from Tupperware lunch-boxes (which lasted 2+ years) to these, as they're much better value. Have been using them for over a year and they're still perfect. They're just big enough to fit in all the components of a large kids lunch.I don't use the internal dividers - I'm sure they're great if your particular use fits them, but I find it easier to fit the kids lunches in loose without them.

Good quality lunch box with 3 compartments, BPA free plastic, dishwasher friendly, solid and seals well. For me i really could have done with it about 15% bigger but handy at conrolling portion size if your trying to lean out / loose a few lbs.

Sturdy, locks properly, inside containers not very useful for me as I want to keep a spoon inside which becomes a problem when the partitions are inside. It's not air proof - keep water droplets inside - they evaporate after a few hours - just joking - nothing is air-proof. It's a good buy.
