Super Once A Day Timed Release - 180 Tablets

Very good product. I started to use this product long time ago. I changed it couple of times but I always turned back because I realised that this is the best for my body. The double box is a good idea and very economic.

I have been using these for quite some time, and recently ran out of them and at the moment I do feel a bit sluggish and also I am not tanning quite so deep and because of the lack of B vitamins I am getting bitten by Mozis. However my daughter is bring them over to me in Spain in two weeks so it will be back to normal. Yes, I would say to people 'get some of these and feel the benefits. Pity AOL do not send them to spain direct.

I brought this item from a local health shop a few year back, saw Amazon were selling at such a great price and I couldn’t resist, it came exceptionally quickly and it’s a great product for a multivitamin tablet and I can recommend

Been using these for years, one pot lasts half a year so £22 is nothing. they have everything in them and are really strong. i have read some reviews where people say they cant swallow without water, thats preety obvious, you should have it with water, these pills arent going to be small given all the vitamins and minerals they are packing, and as for your urine turning yellow, never had that problem atall. 5 star, will never stop using these!!

The vitamins are great to combat fatigue etc BUT once opened they oxidise / go off and turn black after about a month, even if you replace the lid tightly as quickly as possible each day you take one. This is why I used to buy only jars of 30 BUT this makes them very expensive, as the price for 30's has just rocketed, so I'm now looking for an alternative. Anyone got any suggestions?

I take one of these timed release vitamins after breakfast and it has the following effects on me - 1. I have a plastic lens left eye, the old right eye keeps up with it better (probably Vit D in it) 2. I feel less hungry and eat less 3. I have more energy and alertness I've taken these pills since 20 years ago as a supplement for sports. They work. Note - sent a bonus pack of 2x 90 pills, this is also good as you don't leave them open too long to grow fungus.

I had purchased a collection of tablets to support my thyroid at around £16 a bottle and 3 bottles were purchased. When I checked the label for the quantities of the active ingredients in the thyroid pills it turned out that the Quest Multi had the same and often more of each of the thyroid ingredients for the pills I had purchased....! So in that sense these are much more economical if you read what they contain and compare it to separate supplements you may have purchased and are taking in addition. You may not need to! However, sometimes Multi Vitamins contain something in them that doesn't agree with you. Perhaps you are allergic or sensitive to one of the minerals or vitamins or maybe you are taking more than your body needs of one of these ingredients. Whilst I haven't test the theory twice yet, I felt really ill whilst I took these tablets and I felt iller 2 hours after consuming one with my dinner. Not just sick but "ill" I intend to try them again now that I am not sick and see how I fair

Have been using these for years and although I check other products from time to time, haven't yet found any with as complete a list of vitamins and minerals or in such high strengths. Also, the minerals are chelated with amino acids so it's claimed they get into your system more effectively. Like most people, I'm never sure if I'm getting a balanced diet, so take these as an insurance policy.
