I have been looking at this for a while and finally pulled the trigger on it, and glad I did.The quality of this pan is excellent and looks good. I was concerned that it wouldn't be large enough, but it is perfect size for a newbie to work with. There is a learning curve to making the omelettes, but satisfying when you get it down.It's non-stick quality it top notch. Nothing stuck and moving the omelettes slid with no difficulty, tho it makes flipping difficult at times. Again, a learning curve.Cleaning it was easy, nothing more than a paper towel was needed.

This pan comes with everything that you need to start. It's small, convenient and allows you to cook an omelette. Perfect for parties as well as breakfast.

I had to replicate my favorite rolled omelet I got almost every morning at 7/11 in Tokyo. It tasted like maple syrup! Once I had the sweet Dashi recipe down, I broke down and bought this pan. I love it. It’s truly nonstick, and the spatula that comes with it is perfect and it makes the process easy. It’s easy to clean as well.I’m only concerned about the “wooden” handle. It has a rubberized coating, which I’m afraid will become sticky in a few years.

I thought there would be a big learning curve on this. But it went well first time and every time since. I did watch a couple of videos before the first time. The eggs look great and taste great as well. Another fun way to make eggs. I was able to buy other things I needed at my local grocery store which is just a regular grocery.

Good set but the pan handle felt like it would break soon.
