Ok. First off, let’s address the elephant in the room. YES it comes with a storage bag. But only the 7/8” version. All those reviews giving a perfectly good product one star because it didn’t come with a nylon bag failed to read the description when they bought the thinner rope where it clearly states the 5/8” rope does not include one.Now that that’s out of the way. I’m actually very impressed with this kinetic rope. While (thankfully) we’ve not had to use it yet, I have no worries about hooking it to someone or having it hooked to my Jeep and giving it a good tug. It looks and feels very sturdy but has the give needed to keep from jerking someone’s head off their body who happens to be in either vehicle. If you’ve never seen a kinetic rope in action, it’s a beautiful thing. The inside of the rope is made of a stretchy material that spreads out the energy to dampen the jerking motion of a vehicle driving forward quickly to tug another one from day a mudhole. Normally the guy being tugged out will feel a sudden jerk forward and people have been injured by banging their head on steering wheels, windshields and dashboards if they weren’t ready. Kinetic rope stops that!My husband is a recovery addict. He loves helping people out on the trails, getting them unstuck, towing them to safety, whatever needs done. He just loves helping people. But he’d never had a kinetic rope before now, quite frankly because he said he didn’t need one and they were too expensive. A few weekends ago we attended an off-roading class (mostly for me but he learned some stuff too) and I decided we needed to have a kinetic rope. If for no other reason than to not hurt someone we were trying to help. But wow. He was right about the prices. I was looking at another bright green one whose name will not be mentioned because that was the brand the guy at the class had (thanks to a sponsorship of course) and I was shocked at the price. But I swear this rope from Innocedear looks like it’s twin. Same color, same weave pattern, feels the same in the hand. One of our friends bought the other one because he was tricked by the “USA” in the name. (They’re designed in the US but made elsewhere.) And I tease him that we have the same exact rope but he paid $100 more for the stickers his came with.

This is a quality product and well worth the cost. I just pulled a tractor with loaded trailer out of a ditch with it with no issues. My 2500HD 4x4 was spitting dirt everywhere, but this strap did its job flawlessly.

Best recovery rope for the price

i have used this twice now and it seems to be a great value. seems to look as good and work as well as my friend's expensive kinetic rope, but this was a fraction of the cost

Looks sturdy enough. Haven't tried it out and hope to never have to. Keep it in my recovery box.

Works great for pulling vehicle out of snow banks. I have used it five times so far. Two Suburbans, a jeep, a camper van, and a small tractor with a snowblower. Worked better than expected every time. No signs of wear.

Good and Inexpensive!

Works exactly as you would think. Get some soft shackles too. The bag it comes with is a bonus. Plenty of extra room in the bag to complete your recovery kit.
