Super value, always
I've been wearing this design for years - since the RRP was about £15 ! Super value, always. Beautiful gold colour, solid appearance, accurate, multi-functional, with long life battery and easily adjustable strap. On several occasions, people have asked for a closer look, and been disappointed on discovering it's only a cheapo Casio - including a pickpocket in Lisbon who studied the face and realised it wasn't worth nicking.Best of all, in a London theatre, I sat next to a couple visiting from Germany. They spoke perfect English. Before the performance, during some tourist-type small talk, the fraulein said 'That's a lovely wristwatch'. Woody Allen's old gag popped into my head, and I said 'Kind of you to say so. Actually it was my grandfather's. When he was dying, he sold it to me...' There was a brief pause, then she started giggling. At the interval, still giggling, she pointed at my wrist. 'Much funnier than the play,' she said.

Great quality
Typical casio high quality item. Bought for my wife as an everyday watch and she is very happy with it which is lucky for me because she is very particular about things she wears. The watch looks lovely with high shine highlights. The digital window is quite small and the date is in 'American' ie month day year. It doesn't illuminate. The strap is easily adjustable with a sliding locking clasp so no need to fiddle about with taking links out etc. It is light and quite small so perfectly suited to female wearers. For the money this little watch is excellent value and looks much more expensive than it is. Recommended!

Great- I have 3!
I love this watch. I have the two other variations too with the silver band and black\white face and thought it was time to invest in the gold one. It's easy to set the time in both analog and digital permutations and it is a reliable time keeper. It's easy to adjust the length of the band, simply pop up the little lever, move the clasp up or down to fit and then push the lever back down to lock it. Personally, I rarely use the alarm feature but it's good to know its there in case I need it or I am away from home. I use the stopwatch feature quite often and again it's simple to start\stop and reset the counter.I was surprised to see that the face of this watch is actually a light gold\champagne colour as it looks white in the pictures but in my opinion it looks better this way.Though this is listed as a mens watch; I have small wrists yet I find it fits me very nicely.A great everyday watch for a great price.

Please bare in mind the quality!!
Really nice watch, and very pretty with both the analog and digital time. However I felt slightly mislead as the photos give the impression that it is of better quality/material. However I feel like this may have been my lack of research in these Casio watches. But once I accepted that they are actually that thin metal, I realised thatit is good value for money and is still a pretty watch

A Classic That Stands The Test of Time
The more expensive and ostentatious watches stink of pretentiousness. But this bracelet watch is a true classic. Cheap and understated.Casio watches have always been highly accurate watches. There is the standard dial, and the digital display at the bottom that has time, stopwatch and alarm capability. There is a 2-fold clasp that fastens the watch to your wrist. Be sure that you close this in the right two-stage process; if you fasten just the second catch then the watch will eventually come loose (i tragically lost one of these watches on a boat in Croatia - I will not make that mistake again). The water resistance depth is stated to be 3OM - but i would be careful with long exposure to the watch underwater. Remember this is not strictly water-PROOF. It is fabulously lightweight.I am not sure why this is marketed as a mens watch; it can clearly be worn by both sexes. In fact i have seen many young ladies sporting this gold version of the watch. The watch also comes in silver with a white dial or silver with a black dial.

A good inexpensive watch with some useful features.
This is my forth copy of this watch. I have worn one every day since, I think, the early 1990s.The digital area displays date, time, stopwatch or alarm time. When at home, I use the digital area to display the date. When away, I use it to show the time at home, so I don't phone in the middle of the night! To get the date to switch over at midnight, set the digital time to the correct 24 hour time, and then swap it to 12 hour if desired. Obvious when you think about it, but this wrinkle is not in the manual. The strap adjusts without adding or removing segments, which I find very convenient.Time keeping has been excellent. Most batteries last 2 to 3 years.Down sides? A few, but they are minor. A clumsy salesman managed to damage my previous watch when changing the battery. The finish wears away, so the life is only(!) 5 or 6 years of continuous wear. The year is not recorded, so one has to adjust the date every first March not in a leap year. The hands only move forward, so the adjustment when the clock go back is a bit tedious. The alarm is very quiet, and easy to miss.Edit April 2021 - Just received my 5th watch (4th damaged in accident), and I think Casio has reduced the length of the strap a bit. Mine is set at 21cm, and is on the last but one slot. My wrist measures 19.5cm.
