Perfect poly-carbonate pasta drier!
This is fantastic! I absolutely love it.Well, as you do, on a sunny Sunday morning, you pop down to the local car boot sale for a bit of fun! Low and below, I see an Imperia pasta machine mint in box. The owner was given it as a gift and never used it! Crazy right!? I looked up online and these Imperia machines usually sell for between £50 and £85. I got mine for a fiver! So after making my first batch of amazing pasta, I had to use clothes hangers to dry out my cut pasta! I realised at this point that I would need something more practical so I had a look on Amazon. The typical types of airing units are usually wooden and don't always fold down after use. When I found the Marcato Chrome Steel Poly-carbonate Tacapasta, I had an epiphany moment! This thing folds flat!!! It takes up hardly any space in comparison to the typical pine models and it's spiral opening designs, means that you have more space to dry your pasta.Absolutely brilliant! I would definitely recommend this product! Please let me know if my review has been useful. Please comment if you have suggestions for improvements! Thanks!

Good pasta rack
Bought this pasta rack to hold the rolled and cut pasta before it was to be used / cooked. It is pricier than some of the cheaper alternatives but is a sturdy and well made product. It comes in a nice box so you can store it out of the way when you're not using it.

Unique design, top quality, great!
I scouted around the shops and online looking at pasta dryers and most of them were cheap and nasty wooden things, poorly made and wouldn't last long at all in my opinion. I think if you've invested in a pasta making machine, a good plan also is to invest in a quality pasta dryer. After reading many reviews on this product on Amazon and elsewhere on the web, I chose this one and I am delighted. The design is unique! it opens so easily, move the first arm and they all open beautifully, its poetry in motion, truly.Sturdy, beautiful and practical and I am sure this will last forever if looked after properly and cared for etc.Very pleased!Yet another example of 'you get what you pay for' so my advice, stay away from those nasty wooden ones and go for this if you love your pasta and your kitchen. It looks GREAT!

This is the one most Italians use
I liked the fact that the product was quite tall so easy to dry long pasta shapes such as spaghetti on. It also was nice and sturdy but packs away very easily.

You need this if you’re making pasta x
If you’re making pasta what else are you gonna hang it on? Folds away easily and looks the fantastic when you’re airing all that pasta.

Good tip from other reviews is to keep the box ...
A work of art. Looks classy, it fans out and back very smoothly, and seems solidly built. A little piece of precision engineering for the worktop. I found that a good tip from other reviews is to keep the box to store it tidily and also to protect it from being knocked by other bits and pieces.
